Monthly Visits
2 x Standard call-outs per month
Your Needs Met
Receive 1 hour of labour per visit from a skilled multi-trade technician experienced in carpentry, minor plumbing,
electrical, joinery and handyman tasks

Fixed Monthly Cost £125 + VAT
No surprises—just a consistent monthly fee that covers all included visits and agreed services

What’s Included?

Each visit can cover a wide range of property maintenance tasks, such as:

General handyman tasks (minor repairs, flat-pack assembly, joinery)
Plumbing maintenance (leak checks, tap adjustments)
Electrical tasks (lighting, sockets, appliance inspections)
Interior upkeep (carpentry, joinery)
Exterior checks (gutter inspection, landscaping tidying, light roof checks)
