I’d met Patrick before and a neighbour recommended him. I liked that he lived in the village so I could bother him if there were problems!… There weren’t. Top Secret removed the old slate fronting and rendered our house. There were several routes we could have taken and each was quoted for clearly and fairly.

I wanted to minimise the damage to my flowerbeds below the work and Patrick and his team took this seriously and boarded them over. As the work was being done over winter there were many delays waiting for the weather to behave. Patrick showed great patience and communication was always easy.

All the team were polite and friendly and worked hard. Although the conditions meant the job took much longer than expected it cost no more than the quote which was paid in clearly defined instalments.

The house looks beautiful. Would thoroughly recommend Patrick and his Top Secret team.
